Careful consideration has been given to the standards demonstrated in the Whitefish Hills community through specific guidelines administered by the Architectural Review Committee. The Committee reviews colors, materials, natural landscaping, and siding to ensure excellent quality and consistency throughout, in order to compliment the natural setting the community is developed in.
